This introduction to Regenerative Leadership Systems addresses the fundamental shifts or calibrations that we are experiencing related to our economy, ecology and energy.  As we understand the implications and impacts of the convergence of these three calibrations, we turn to ourselves: individually and in community - to see what is possible in the new world.  Through deep listening, and storytelling, we change the mythos from one of fear and abandonment, to one of possibilities and connection, and explore what it means to be a leader in this new world.

As a participant in this gather-in, you'll experience:

• an awakening to the reality of climate change, peak oil, and our economy
• challenging current beliefs, assumptions, and world views
• testing your own reactions, values and limiting beliefs about yourself in this reality
• designing new and meaningful measures of success
• a sense of leadership from within

At the end of the gather-in, you'll have skill and confidence in:

• the difference between a reactive and creative orientation
• understanding the reality of our current situation
• preparing for your future in a meaningful way
• what possibilities that you can make real - as an individual and as a leader

At the core of Regenerative Leadership Systems is Connectivity, the relationships between ourselves and the rest of the world that create spark. It is through these relationships and connections that everything in this dynamic Universe occurs. As leaders in this time of transition it is essential to have facility in a range of skills that create connection and nurture mutually beneficial relationships.

As a participant in this gather-in, you'll experience:

• chaos within a structure as a creative experience

Taking Inventory

Regenerative Leadership Systems prepares leaders for manifesting change, creating the life, community, and world that we want.  Taking Inventory helps us to understand what we have available to create from...considering both what is, and what has been, and seeing our "resources" and potential in new ways.  Through experimenting with what's available, we learn to regenerate systems to maximize the potential yield of all of the contributing parts.

As a participant in this gather-in, you'll experience:

• an expanding sense of self-sufficiency
• a sense of trust and dependency on others from a place of collaboration
• the power of asking for help
• distinguishing growth from prosperity
• creativity and separation from your creation
• maximizing yields

• the act of self-less giving and receiving, when, how and why
• assessing your personal financial situation and ecological footprint
• taking control over what you can control
• seeing the possibilities in all that is available to you

Consciously Choosing

Moving deeper into Regenerative Leadership Systems we illuminate the range of regenerative options available to us. Consciously choosing provides the power of discernment and action that rises from a place of seeing the big picture and co-creating with long term solutions in mind. Through hands-on collaboration we put into practice the fundamentals of a flourishing and abundant regenerative culture.

As a participant in this gather-in, you'll experience:

• a burning passion for change
• a desire for action at an individual and community basis
• reflection on what options are available and reasonable at the present time

Integrating diverse and complementary systems makes visible humanity's bigger story for this time in our planet's history and future. Our perspective is integrated and expanded. We learn to draw upon capacities and sources from within and without. Living and acting from of and for the whole.  Regenerative Leadership is borne in each of us.

Designing

Regenerative Leaders design maximum planetary possibility through the art of the long-view. Trusting the flow between our inner and outer worlds, we calibrate our impact and influence. We embrace our connection with each other and the whole. We co-create thriving inter-dependent communities and weave ourselves within these systems of leaders.
