- develop and evaluate goals, objectives and strategies for leadership of social, economic and environmental issues through a range of perspectives;
- present a systems perspective for options, actions and decisions respecting community regeneration develop the problem-solving and decision-making ability of self and community;
- cultivate and model personal and community vision;
- prepare, communicate and implement action plans for community resilience
