Regenerative Leadership Systems (RLS)

Regenerative Leadership Systems is a gather-in for community leaders and is comprised of a foundation weekend, and advanced curriculum of five three-day weekends that gradually deepen participants immersion in the interrelated systems of regenerative culture.

RLS is a carefully crafted journey that catalyzes you into awakening, gets you connected, asks you to take inventory and ground in your capacities, capabilities and resources, ignites you to discover more choice, brings it all together through a process of integration, to then draw out and quicken your inner designer for implementation. Your learning is exponential because it happens in the context of community.

Each RLS gather-in is designed to be experienced sequentially and is a microcosm of the whole.  Upon completion of each gather-in, you will have skills and knowledge to make a powerful contribution in the co-creation of a regenerative culture. You can go out and put into practice what you learned and come back for more when you are ready.  Or, you might choose to embark on the whole journey over a period of five months.

RLS is for leaders of municipalities, corporations, institutions, professional associations, and community development corporations. We recommend that you take this journey with one or more members of your community, as this will give you the momentum and camaraderie necessary for an effective level of transformation.
 

Regenerative Community Systems (RCS)

Regenerative Community Systems is a community gather-in that combines the journey of RLS, with collaborative design studio process and hands on project implementation. The unfolding of this journey can be tailored to a community's needs and is designed to take place in a specific location. The design studio is an important element as it gives you the skills and confidence to co-create and communicate your designs in real-time, and put together tangible and documented business and project proposals that can be funded and implemented. The hands on project provides an experience of putting thought into action while working in collaboration with community members.

RCS is for communities of 20 to 1000; people who are joined together by common purpose or mission. This might be nine hundred rate payers in the same neighborhood of a town, village or suburb, the staff of an elementary school or members of a congregation, the residents of a tower block, or the community outreach team of an organization.   

Regenerative Personalized Systems (RPS)
